Job Description :
The candidate will be responsible for driving the analytics healthcare projects and architecting/developing best-in-class innovative healthcare payment integrity analytics solutions. He/She will also work as a business consultant and subject matter expert to help formulate business rules, policies, scenarios, and concepts related to the claims pre-pay and post-pay overpayment identification and recovery
Job Responsibilities :
• Manages analytic projects and project teams, primarily in an Individual contributor role (80% IC + 20% Management).
• Works with data analysts/modelers, and ETL specialists to uncover the opportunities for new solutions in the Payment Integrity vertical and develop new intellectual property.
• Develops rules & algorithms with own expertise to flag scenarios most likely to represent suspected behaviors in claim billings and processing.
• Actively participates in the identification, development, and enhancement of predictive algorithms and models.
• Works with the technical team to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Prioritizes requirements, schedules tasks, and communicates progress.
• Manages and optimizes analysis workflow to ensure on-time completion of high-quality deliverables.
• Prepares or reviews client-facing materials such as executive summaries, case studies, or presentations.
• Measures ROI and other KPIs for overall business development.
• Sets appropriate expectations with internal and external clients while cultivating an image of professionalism and quantitative/qualitative excellence.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of the work of the team. Promptly address and resolve issues impacting quality.
• Ensure delivery of value to the business via advanced analytics capability and enable new solutions and new streams of revenue via analytics capabilities.
• Support the product & solutions team when needed and necessary
