The opportunity
We currently have career opportunities for consultants and senior consultants in our Canadian banking technology consulting team. Our team works to build a better world by transforming businesses through the potential of our people, technology, and innovation. We work collaboratively with some of the top executives in financial institutions of all sizes and scales, helping them create and realize the best solutions for the future of their business. Each project is different, so you’ll need to be able to excel in ambiguous situations and confidently navigate ever-changing circumstances. We’ll look to you to be a self-starter, have the ability to translate complex information into simple terms, and deliver long-term solutions with confidence. Your key responsibilities
As a senior consultant, you will work with your clients and collaborate with you team using data, and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to deliver strategic technology-enabled transformations and major digital implementations.
Additionally, you will:
Deliver client engagements, build client relationships, and support team development. This will include generating new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients
Lead the development and execution of systems integration projects and roadmaps
Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring clear and effective collaboration between business and technical teams.
Skills and attributes for success

Experience in business development or delivering against financial targets in a service-oriented context is a plus.

You enjoy working with large teams in complex contexts, delivering strategic technology-enabled transformations and major digital implementations.
Great communicators. Communication is key — we strive to bring our best interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, whether we’re writing an e-mail, building a proposal, drafting an architecture diagram, or cutting code. It is recommended to be bilingual (French/ English) to work in the Montreal office.

Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in conducting in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions in the financial services industry
Past projects experiences using agile methodology practices & driving iterative development and continuous improvement.
2-5+ years of industry experience
Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills
