1. Knowledge of core and service platforms availability as per the
agreed SLA
2. Ensure the usage of all processes and tools as per guidelines

3. Strong fundamentals in data structure,algorithms and computer science
4. Strong Verbal and written communication skill
5. Critical thinking and detailed oriented outlook
