The role involves tons of innovation, creativity (by being your most awesome self or doing research on what constitutes as delightful and fun!) and operations as you work with a small team that designs the selection model and activities (or find us great assessment design vendors who could partner with us for different aspects of our work). You will also be responsible for setting up the systems and platforms to bring your vision to life. You could say this role is at the cusp of assessment design, branding/communications and technology. Hence, you would be collaborating with different team members, the Communications, Recruitment and Technology teams - along with the many applicants and potential applicants out there.
