Position: Manager- Design (Architect)
Location: Andheri Head Office
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Industry: Real estate, Contractors, Engineering
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Review drawings and relevant documents received from external consultants. Furnish final GFC drawings
· End to end coordination between the consultants (RCC, MEP, Architect, MOEF,CFO etc)
· Support Liaison team
· All coordinating with the consultants as well and internal and external teams to collate data. To conduct on-site meetings and project consultant meetings and coordinate schedule reviews .
· To prepare project status reports / minutes of meetings .
· Prepare/analyze information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and/ or construction time and provide inputs to agencies regarding the same
· To plan and monitor the work of team members for on time completion
· Creative thinking and a strong understanding of design trends in real estate Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience as Project Architect, handling end to end design development process
