Lead recurring performance reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with internal and external stakeholders to understand variances and risks while proposing corrective actions.

Maintain a detailed understanding of each asset’s structure, operating model, competitive set, and submarket dynamics to inform pricing, operational, and strategic decisions.

Develop and maintain asset plans, annual budgets, and periodic reforecasts; ensure assumptions are well-documented and aligned with the overall portfolio strategy.

Produce clear, decision-ready reporting and analysis (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual), highlighting key drivers and recommendations for asset level outcomes.

Align internal and external stakeholders on asset priorities, recommendations, and approvals.

Improve tools, templates, and processes to elevate portfolio reporting quality, speed, and consistency.

Support financing, development, and investment initiatives by coordinating inputs, analysis, and other materials as required.

Prepare materials for internal committees as well as internal and external stakeholders, including presentation decks, property tour packages, and investment/operational analyses.

Deliver ad hoc initiatives and deep-dive analyses to address emerging opportunities, risks, and special projects.

Represent Oxford through participation in company and industry events, strengthening relationships across the OMERS community and external partners.

Contribute to team capability by sharing knowledge, supporting training, and providing informal coaching and feedback.

What you’ll bring:
6+ years of experience in residential real estate (e.g., asset management, property management, investments, development, or appraisal).

Demonstrated ability to partner with third-party property management teams to deliver against budget and asset plan.

Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Performance-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple deadlines and perform well under pressure.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage projects end-to-end.

Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Management, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Argus Enterprice and AI tools (e.g. Copilot) considered an asset.
