The Production Manager works closely with creative department advising on ad prep costs in pre-production meetings; estimates production costs and purchases necessary ad production materials from outside sources, responsible for quality of reproduction on assigned accounts.

The Production Manager facilitates work flow between multiple departments and outside vendors to ensure timely delivery of all our products. The Production Manager has experience managing complex projects with a proven track record in successful collaborations. As a Production Manager knows innovation and problem solving will be vital to creating a consistent, quality product in a time critical environment. - Assigns and manages freelancers, ensuring clear understanding of objectives and adherence to established standards. - Transmits and review corrections on composed pages. - Reviews work for structural consistency and clarity. - Closely monitors and facilitates production workflow. - Adheres to demanding schedules and helps uphold high quality standards. - Assists department head in researching and optimizing workflow tools, resources, and procedures. - Maintains awareness of new and emerging software and tools.
