Job Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities:
•Will be responsible to drive and implement digital training initiatives across B2B businesses
•Will be responsible to create training content (digital/ non – digital) for all new initiatives and trainings
•Will be responsible to design and execute functional and induction training across business units
•Will be responsible to launch and drive new change initiatives across B2B businesses
•Will be responsible to travel and conduct trainings across different locations
•Will be coordinating closely with businesses to assess their training requirement and support
•Will be responsible to handle queries from the field team and resolve them
•Co-ordinate with IT team to implement digital training initiatives
Additional Information
Experience and Expertise 1.MBA or equivalent with 4-5 years of relevant experience2.3-4 years of work experience in training / digital capabilities domain3.Knowledge and understanding of digital training tools for training videos and bots creation4.Understanding of B2B business and finance is required5.Should have high analytical capabilities6.Good communication skills – both written and verbal7.Should have good understanding in MS tools like excel, power points and others Skill Set
