Under the general direction of a Specialized Consulting Services Group Supervisor, the incumbent will review sensitive and complex compliance reviews on legislatively-mandated programs such as the California Competes Tax Credit (CCTC).
The incumbent will ensure assignments are managed appropriately, prioritize workloads, and complete assignments timely and accurately. Make a sound and well thought out determination on each agreement review. Document actions, analysis and decisions for each review case according to the department's writing standards and utilizing the PASS and EDR work paper files. Create schedules that are clear and accurate to support the final determination.
Following section procedures, prepare a clear and concise reports for each review case, which details the verification process and resolution.
