Inviting applications for the role of Manager-Banking
We are looking for a Manger with Operations experience who would be responsible for leading all activities in a process.
Candidate will function as a Front-Line Manager who will keep a close tab on the daily performance metrics, drive performance management and drive new ideas for improvement in execution and streamlining
Responsibilities
• Interacting with Sales leaders for market update and pricing competition
• Pricing comparison and provide commentary to changes.
• Weekly dashboard/PPT's for SLA's/KPI metrics of the team.
• Weekly and Monthly discussion with CFO/CEO for business updates.
• Managing overall projects MSGA, SDC/SOW, CORF & progress.
• Closing work with Relationship manager for new project request for proposal.
• FTE's billing/invoicing process transformation.
• Contract renewal underwriting(risk) analysis for existing dealers.
• Quarterly forecasting and budgeting for numbers of deals.
• Annual planning, Budget & forecasting.
• Month end entry review for the P&L.
• Management reporting of volume, cost of funds, Swap, Libor & SOFR.
• Tools SAP,BI, S4HANA, Oracle, Business Object, Hyperion, SQL, Leasing Source, Micorsoft office, PMS, Loan IQ, Smartview, Qlikview, Salesforces, Gobal billing system, Essbase.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• Graduate Commerce
• Meaningful experience in banking operations
• Subject matter understanding of financial planning and analysis
• Experience with Six Sigma tools
Preferred qualifications
• Excellent Social skills.
• Experience in leading a banking process
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills, MIS understanding, have a good knowledge of PowerPoint presentations
• Excellent client handling skills to deliver high quality experience to customers
• Must demonstrate high level of personal integrity
• Must demonstrate a high level of agility, flexibility, self-motivation and energy
Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and balance all to completion
