We are looking to hire an experienced professional to drive Partnerships and strategic alliances in the fintech domain. You will establish commercial and strategic partnerships with multiple companies, financial institutions & FinTechs in India's online / tech start-up ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills, perseverance to take deals to closure, and result orientation to make them successful. Responsibilities.
• Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
• Identify and source partnership opportunities through the extended network, referrals, emails,
• and client visits.
• Research partners, identify key players, build win-win propositions and generate interest
• Collaborate with senior management and other teammates to align our internal goals with new
• and existing partner relationships
• Negotiate and finalize deals by the company's guidelines and policies
• Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will
• represent our brand and be our partners liaison internally
• Drive multiple internal and external initiatives to make the partnership successful
• Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners.
• Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the
• partnership
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development team to innovate and optimize
• reach-out strategies
• Develop and build new strategic partnerships with multiple brands across industries
• Forging partnerships with companies (industry agnostic) to offer our lending products to
• customers and employees
• Consultative selling to key stakeholders in different companies
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients and delivering quarterly and annual growth

• Having a hands-on knowledge of business products and value propositions including presenting

• Manage existing accounts as well as onboard new account relationships
Skills: -
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
