Job Title: Manager- Banking Collections & Customer Service Operations
Location: Gurgaon
About the Organization:
Role is for leading ITES Global Giant and having PAN India Operations. Leading No 1 BPO in India with prospective expansion vision
Candidate Expectation and Job Description:
• Candidates with +-12 years of experience in Collections & Customer Service Operations with Banking domain
• Good Exposure to Credit card Collections.
• Manage and deliver BAU and Beyond BAU operations in liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Must have experience in handling a team of more than 100+ FTE's.
• Preferably Six Sigma Trained / Certified
• Effective Span of Control within the teams
• All internal and external (client) stakeholder interaction
• Meeting & exceeding defined KPIs & SLA's
