• Responsible for efficient and effective day to day operations (optimized cost, quality and output). Stakeholder Management and collaboration of onshore and offshore Leadership teams/Risk/Transition/BCP
• What are the main challenges of the role :
• Process Transition, Change mgmt. , upskill of new workforce (ramp up to plan)
• What and how is it expected to contribute to results
• Meet customer output, quality and cost savings requirements of onshore stakeholders (meet model commitments). Ensure that the business hits RUN targets but also CHANGE and improve / optimize targets (leverage local talent to enhance and improve upon delivered processes. Role model values
