Job Description
Banking : 1. Funding arrangement as per the requirement of the organisation 2. Managing Fund Based & Non-Fund Based facilities on regular basis including appropriate documentation 3. Review of documentation for arranging / renewal of the banking facilities 4. Preparation of all Bank reports e.g. CMA, FFR, Stock Statements etc. 5. Coordination with Bankers for day to day matters 6. Preparation of Hedging strategy and handling of Forex Transactions 7. Effective investments of surplus funds Payments: 8. Ensuring effective cash management and optimum utilization of funds +. Preparation of Funds planning on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis including coordination with business heads. 10. Coordination with internal teams for payments to suppliers 11. Ensuring payments as per the plan approved by the management Education Qualification: B. Com with 13-14 years experience in handling Banking & Payments of the Company including forex transactions Proficient in MS office Excellent written & verbal communication skills Knowledge of SAP would be preferred
