We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital ).
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Develop a clear understanding of Regulatory Business Requirements
• Develop all documents in Agile SDLC like Project Charter, Project Plan, BRD, PRD, Project Plan, Test Plan, Test Results, UAT Approvals, and Lessons Learned.
• Develop Program Governance Decks, Program Milestones and RAID log
• Explain overall requirements to various Applications Owners and engaged in cross review of functional requirements
• Use data modeling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
• Working with stakeholders at all levels as defined by the individual project
• Assisting with integration and acceptance testing
• Providing support to banks during and post implementation
• Key Stakeholder management with various internal and external customers
• Working with Product Manager and developers to understand user and system requirements
• Providing delivery updates to Senior Management, internal and external clients
Mandatory Qualifications:
• 4-5 years of Total experience as Delivery/Program Manager
• Strong Payments domain knowledge with know how of Regulations impacting the Banks
• Understanding of Modelling techniques, methods and systems engineering concepts
• Familiarity with Project Management (Requirement management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Project Integration Management etc.)
• Exposure to various SDLC methodologies
• Strong in Project management tools – MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management etc.) in various forum
• Self-motivated and a team player that works well with individuals and thrives in a complex, global organization
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technology
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
