Manager – Banking Strategy

The Opportunity
Experience in specified sectors listed – Banking / NBFC / MSME
Domain Knowledge – The candidate should have extensive experience in the Banking OR Consulting industry. Specifically in areas such as Corporate, SME, Retail Banking, Digital Banking, and Operations.
Hands-on experience in running P&L related to payments and in working with technology and operations related to banking
Sound understanding of the financial services (banking) market and regulatory environment in India
Additional experience in payments/remittances and working knowledge of Banking sector interplays would be valuable
Skills
In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment in the banking industry
Expertise in areas such as – Go to Market Strategy /Business planning/hands-on experience in performance improvement of internal operations / Business development / Solution development
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good leadership qualities
Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts
Program management, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Location: Mumbai
