Qualified - CA / MBA
Experience - 5 to 10 years post qualification
- Strong experience on handling Treasury and Fund raising.
- Fund raising - Long Term, Working Capital, ECB etc
- Managing working capital limits of more than 500 Cr
- Trade finance activities including LC, factoring, Trade Structures etc.
- Experience of handling credit rating agencies to get the best rating.
- Sound knowledge of Forex
- Managing & creating relationship with almost all the top banks/ NBFCs, FI's in India.
- Preparation of CMA, projections for the Company.
- Effectively managing audits.
- Monthly presentations on Cash Flow, Forecasting, interest, updates in the sector
- Exposure in raising Commercial Papers, WCDL, export packing credit etc.
- Funding arrangement for the overseas subsidiaries
