Manager-Banking
- Responsible for managing Banking and Finance operations which includes but is not limited to below KRA;
- Preparation of business Plans for project finance.
- Budgeting and financial management, including gathering and analyzing data, organizing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Create forecasts to support projects related to cash flow and revenue.
- Liaisoning with bankers so as to finalize finance proposal.
- Timely supply of information to banker required as a part of lending terms and conditions.
- Preparation of interim financial information as required by lender and so on.
- CA or any equivalent degree.
- 5-10+ years post qualification preferable in banking sector,
- With more than 5 years' experience as Manager-Credit(Bank credit team) ought to have knowledge of all the above mentioned KRA
- Experience in handling Real estate clients (Real estate division of banks) would be preferred.
