• Training need analysis of role holder
• Design & Deployment of different (Transition & Day 1) learning intervention
• Delivering training as required
• To impact analyses of learning intervention
• Redirect training intervention as and when required
• Insuring minimum coverage as define by management
• Maintaining MIS and deriving required report
Key Decisions / Dimensions
• Trainer allocation
• Operational decision
Major Challenges
• Meeting timeline due high dependency on various stakeholder
Required Qualifications And Experience
• Qualifications
MBA / Post Graduate Degree
• Work Experience
• 6-8 years of exp
• 4 years in L&D
