Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Commercial Leasing & Lending
In this role, you will be responsible for pre-sales analytics services and data strategy articulation role . You will function as a SPOC for sales pursuit and liaise with service lines and delivery to ensure accurate solution design, cost and fitment to the portfolio as well as to the sales strategy.
Responsibilities
• Advanced knowledge of Commercial Lending/leasing
• Strong Domain experience on Commercial Lending and Leasing and strong knowledge of Loan/Lease lifecycle across Commercial segments
• Thorough Lending/Leasing Process Knowledge ,risk and control mechanism
• Managing Operations as well as Client relationship with Large clients
• Should be able to contribute and implement best practices – Should have customer handling experience
• Should have a strong Project Management experience and be able to lead various Genpact/Client led projects
• Should be well versed with MIS/Dashboard/Reports and be able to manage the same for multiple clients under CLL
• Applies experience to anticipate and be proactive in addressing potential issues before they become problems
• Partner with transition, transformation for setting new operations
• Participates in discussions cross-functional teams on process standardization, process improvements, system validation, customization, and integration of new tools and technologies
• Engage in new client pilots, solution and review processes for new opportunities.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• University Graduates (B.Com)
• Significant years of experience in Commercial Banking & CLL Domain
• Experience, ability and amenity engaging with Banking & Commercial Lending Clients & SMEs
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent on Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Macro’s etc.)
• Strong bent of mind towards data analysis, inferences, technology and digital
• Understanding of the end-to-end Commercial Loan Lending life cycle
• Commercial Lending / Institutional banking operations experience / system expertise/ understanding of the Booking and Servicing processes.
• Good communication, social skills and prior exposure to the clients conversations would be effective
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Experience in handling medium teams of Approx. 50 + FTE’s
• Execution Skills / Solution Identification/ Process Mapping and Process documentation skills
