Job Description
Responsibilities Key Deliverables
• Functional Analysis and documentation of requirements - Reports and Dashboards. This has to be done with various functional stakeholders
• Enable technical documentation with the development team
• End to end ownership from requirement to design to testing to go live
• Functional areas covered: Web analytics, Call center processes, Sales Post Sales Processes, CRM Marketing processes
• Platforms: Salesforce Reporting, Tableau CRM/Einstein, Qlikview, PowerBI
• Enabling and using Salesforce algorithms for uses cases like lead and opportunity scoring
• Liaise with SF support teams
• Define, Measure and Track KPIs for Salesforce Implementation, existing business Process Improvement
• Create reports on Einstein and SF Connect objects, create dataflow and datasets, component creation on dashboards
• User satisfaction surveys and user feedback
Experience
7-10 years of experience in relevant areas
Qualifications
Industry Preferred
Computer Science background/ IT background with relevant PG
General Requirements
Exposure to and experience of working on analytics platforms such as Tableau CRM, Power BI and Qlik
Strong communication and analytics skills
Excellent stakeholder management
Ability to work in a complex dynamic environment
