About the Role

Lead and shape CALHN’s Board Secretariat and Government Relations function, supporting the CEO and Governing Board in a pivotal, high-profile role. Build strong government and stakeholder networks, drive governance excellence, and provide strategic insights to influence key decisions.

Key duties
Manage Board operations, agendas, and legislative obligations
Build and maintain strong government and ministerial relationships
Prepare high-level briefings, reports, and executive correspondence
Lead and develop a small, high-performing team
Analyse complex data and deliver strategic insights to the CEO
