Closely work with business head to assist in execution of business strategies
– Responsible for Business unit Budgeting and Monthly performance
– Identifying and plugging revenue leakage
– Prepare Business Review related data and presentations
– Coordinate with the WBG BIU team to ensure seamless MIS reporting
– Designing RM KRA’s, Leader board & Incentive Policies/monitoring performance
– Drive key strategic initiatives of business unit including BIG 5
– Use data analysis to improve RM productivity and also to help BH take crucial decisions
– Responsible to ensure timely completion of activities laid down by management
– Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Banking, preferably with some experience on business side
– Strong analytical skills with eye for detail
– CA, MBA or any other similar qualification
– Strong Excel and Power Point Presentation skills
– Persuasive and action oriented
– Ability to multi task and prioritize activities
