We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Business Analyst:
In this role, you will:
• Define roadmap and manage large scale projects execution with multiple PODs.
• Maintain the budget and resource plan effectively along with status reporting, flagging risk/issues with mitigation plan.
• Open mind-set to change and adapt, pro-active and self-motivated who can take full ownership
and accountability.
• IT Service ownership of applications – managing all aspect of service management
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on approach - helping team members solve technical problems and provide technical knowledge and guidance.
• Strong inclination towards learning new technologies/methodologies.
• Support (with Scrum Master) agile ceremonies like stand ups, retros etc. and help mitigate the blockers or impediments.
• Drive the DevOps/Agile way of delivery practices across PODs and departments.
• Unblock team by resolving impediments and enable team to delivery on time.
• Be a great team player, work with existing team and share the knowledge within team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Overall 10+ years of experience and 5+ years of experience in handling large scale projects spread across different geographies.
• Good technical knowledge
• Experience with working with vendor applications
• Well versed with understanding of budget and resource planning.
• Experienced in managing vendors (product and resources)
• Experienced in effective stakeholder management.
• Well versed with the domain knowledge related to pricing applications in banking domain.
• Experienced in status reporting, flagging risk & issues in time along with mitigation plan.
• Experience in people management and pro in following up organizational policies
