Your Role
Are you a seasoned Business Continuity Management professional ready to lead and influence at scale? IAG is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Continuity to drive our enterprise-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM) function and help protect what matters most our people, our customers, and our communities.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead an experienced and technical team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where people thrive. Your leadership will ensure the successful delivery of strategic outcomes and continuous improvement of BCM practices across IAG.
You'll be responsible for embedding and continuously improving the Business Continuity Management framework, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations such as CPS230. Youll oversee the entire BCM lifecycle from policy development, business continuity plans, testing to training and awareness. Youll also play a key role in supporting Crisis Management and Critical Incident Response teams.
In addition, youll present a group-wide view of business continuity and disruption risks, provide strategic recommendations, and act as a subject matter expert in BCM education, training, and awareness. Representing IAG in external forums, youll help shape best practices and stay ahead of emerging risks
