For Marketing Manager
• Plan, direct, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns/events
• Develop a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision.
• Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies
• Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, website content, and social media accounts
• Monitor competitor activity and brainstorm potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
• Develop new marketing initiatives such as events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience
• Identify new potential markets and test them extensively
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly
• Monitor corporate branding and do corporate tie-ups.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
SOCIAL MEDIA
• Creating content, including text posts, reels, stories, video and images for use on social media
• Promoting products, services and content over social media
• Scheduling social media posts.
• Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries
• Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
• Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
• Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From ₹25,000.00 per month
