Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer preferences, emerging trends, and competitor activity in the Oud and fragrance industry.
Develop a comprehensive business strategy to increase brand awareness, market penetration, and sales across both B2B and B2C channels.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Take full responsibility for driving sales, including setting personal sales targets and developing actionable plans to achieve them.
Build direct relationships with retailers, distributors, and potential business partners to expand the customer base and increase sales.
Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts independently to ensure business growth.
Product Development & Innovation:
Identify customer needs and market gaps to suggest new product ideas or improvements to existing lines.
Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the development of high-quality, innovative products that appeal to your target market.
Operational & Logistics Management:
Handle all logistical operations from product sourcing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Ensure a smooth supply chain and timely product delivery to customers or distributors, handling everything from procurement to shipping.
Customer Relationship & CRM:
Build and manage relationships directly with customers, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and retention.
Use customer feedback and data analytics to fine-tune sales strategies and improve product offerings.
Financial Oversight:
Manage budgeting, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts to ensure profitability and business growth.
Analyze financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue generation.
