As the Manager of Business Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Minitab’s future by:
• Coaching and Growing the BDR Team: Inspire, mentor, and empower our Business Development Representatives to achieve their highest potential. Your guidance will help build a high-performing team capable of exceeding expectations.
• Exceeding Pipeline and Revenue Targets: Drive measurable success by setting and achieving ambitious goals, ensuring a strong contribution to the company’s growth.
• Partnering Across the Organization: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Bring To The Role
• Experience: 8+ years of business development experience, with at least 5 years as a manager demonstrating a proven track record of developing top-performing direct reports and exceeding quotas.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid background in the software industry, understanding its unique dynamics and challenges.
• Leadership Excellence: A strong desire and ability to teach, coach, and mentor your team—not just to hit goals but to grow in all aspects of their professional lives.Adaptability: Flexibility for occasional travel (
