We are hiring experienced and versatile candidates for the position of Business Development Manager to execute marketing strategy, policy and ethics in the market.Responsibilities : As a Business Development Manager working under the FMCG segment, an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities : - Promote Brand in own preferable city by creating Distributors in every block.- BDM is responsible for accelerating our presence in offline space by driving Re-Seller, affiliates On-boarding & servicing within an assigned geographical area.- Keeps records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.- Build long-term relationships with new and existing distributors.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in any stream. - 3+years'of overall Experience in sales, marketing or related field. - Strong communication skill and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. - Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty, willingness to travel extensively within the city. - Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Must be residence of Odisha.
