We are looking for an energetic and creative Business Development Manager to grow our client base, explore new revenue avenues, and strengthen our position in the digital content ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the content, marketing, and media space.
Reach out to potential clients, present our portfolio, and propose tailored content solutions.
Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and manage end-to-end sales cycles — from pitch to closure.
Business Strategy & Revenue Growth
Brainstorm and execute new business initiatives, partnerships, and revenue streams for the agency.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services such as digital marketing, content strategy, or influencer collaborations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in media, advertising, or creative agencies).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation workflows.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working with brands, influencers, or production houses.
Existing network of marketing heads, brand managers, or digital agencies.
Creative mindset and understanding of content strategy and storytelling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
