Job Description
This is a very unique role as the team member could be working with a leading Automobile Manufacturer, an FMCG major, a Telecom Giant and a Banking Leader, all at the same time. The role requires the team member apply the best of Marketing Skills to run great campaigns. We want a team member who loves the Sales process and is also deeply excited about running great promotional campaigns

Job Brief
We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our Sales team and build a strong portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
· Identifying opportunities for new business development in the BFSI vertical through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
· New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
· Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
· Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
· Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
· Sign off on personal and team targets
· Create a funnel of potential clients
· Develop new relationships to grow business
· Maintain existing business
· Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Corporate Sales experience - Interacting and working with Banks
Strong track record of Sales
Ability to work independently
Creative
Problem Solver

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
