Job Responsibilities
Meeting with Top Management(like CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Finance Heads, Promoters) of Small/Mid/Large companies to explore opportunities of partnering with them for Raising Funds via Debt, Equity route and closing such deals
Syndication of long- term and short- term debt for corporate customers.
Sourcing of High Value mandates
Maintaining and enhancing business quality and relationships with Corporates, Banks and Financial Institutions.
Co-ordinating with the banker and client in order to ensure successful and timely disbursement of funds.
