Position Overview:
The Manager- Campus Outreach will be responsible for leading and scaling the SEED Campus Ambassador Program across India. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can manage all facets of the program, from recruitment and training to performance management and content creation. The ideal candidate will be a strong motivator and organizer who can effectively manage a team of campus ambassadors to drive engagement and generate high-quality leads.
Responsibilities:
• Program Leadership & Management:
• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of the SEED Campus Ambassador Program.
• Oversee all day-to-day operations, including task assignment, performance tracking, and timely monthly payouts for campus ambassadors.
• Set clear objectives, provide regular coaching, and monitor the performance of all campus representatives to ensure program goals are met.
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Identify, interview, and onboard new Campus Ambassadors from top colleges and universities across India.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to equip ambassadors with the necessary skills and resources.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with various educational institutions and student organizations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for campus ambassadors, addressing their queries and providing them with the necessary promotional materials and support.
• Content & Marketing:
• Lead the creation of engaging marketing content for multiple channels, including social media, video, WhatsApp, and email marketing, to support the campus ambassador program.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives designed to amplify the reach and impact of the program.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Regularly review campaign performance reports and analyze key metrics, such as leads generated and quality of work.
• Use data-driven insights to provide constructive feedback to ambassadors and make recommendations for optimizing future programs and marketing initiatives.
The responsibilities are inclusive but not limited to parameters as stated. Additional responsibilities can be assigned or current duties can be altered to match the business requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Management Studies/ Mass Media/ Business Administration with specialization in Marketing. Master’s degree will be a plus but not mandatory.
