About the job
Reporting to the Director of Category Management & Advisorship, we’re looking for a Manager, Category Leadership, to support our Category Management team:
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Market Analysis and Insights: Create, standardize and socialize retailer POS reporting to highlight trends, drivers and opportunities.
Category Strategy Development: Developing and implementing category strategies that align with overall business goals and customer needs.
Assortment and Planogram Optimization: Optimizing product assortments, shelving layouts (planograms), and in-store displays to maximize sales and space efficiency.
Communication and Collaboration: Communicating with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of category strategies.
Planning: Quarterly and annual planning, overlaying business strategies and priorities to support overall category growth with key retailers.

About you
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required.
3-5 years of experience in category management, vendor advisorship, sales or customer facing roles.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with vendors and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other customer POS analytical software is required.
