Areas and Key Activities
• Rate Contracts: Finalization of ARAs for Non Food for IHCL at Enterprise Level
• Collaboration with 3PL Partner: Collaborate with 3 PL partner to make sure stocks are available. Also look at in stock and make efforts to move the slow moving stocks
• Resolution of Issues from Hotels: Support the Hotel MMs about all the issues in regard to delivery, quality, pricing, etc. for category related items
• Consolidation of New Categories: Look at the current consumption pattern at Enterprise level and consolidate new categories under non food space
• Guidance to MMs and CMG Colleagues: Should be someone who can act as guide to Hotel MMs. In case of any support at CMG level, should pitch up and take up the responsibility
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
