Job Summary:

The CEO Office Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. This role requires a proactive, highly organized, and strategic individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of sales and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Sales-Driven Business Growth:
• Collaborate with the CEO and sales leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
• Assist in Day-to-Day CEO Operations:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize tasks, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Drive Achievement of Business Targets:
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business objectives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Support the CEO in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals for board meetings, investor updates, and client pitches.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
• Strategic and Administrative Support:
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage special projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities.
• Organize and maintain documentation, records, and data to streamline operations.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience: [X] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales, business development, or executive support in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of sales processes and business growth strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and data analysis.
