About the role
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. We’re now seeking a Manager - Claims Delivery to play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering highquality group life insurance outcomes for our members.
This role provides strategic and operational leadership across claims delivery and related insurance operations. You’ll lead and mentor team leaders and their teams, ensuring timely, compliant, and compassionate service while driving continuous improvement across our group life offering.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people leadership, operational excellence, and member advocacy—and who wants to make a meaningful impact at scale.
Your responsibilities include (though are not limited to):
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned to ART Life’s goals.
Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and digital readiness.
Champion simplified, memberfirst insurance experiences.
Lead, mentor and empower Team Leaders across claims, administration, and member servicing
Attend Trustee Service meetings to provide insights on claims performance and service metrics
Ensure compliance with APRA, ASIC, AFCA and the Life Insurance Code of Practice.
Oversee risk identification, incident management and audit support activities.
This role is available as either a permanent or fixed-term/secondment opportunity.
About you

Strong experience in insurance operations, ideally in group life or superannuationlinked insurance.
Proven leadership experience within a regulated financial services environment.
Deep understanding of group life insurance products and member servicing.
Experience with digital transformation in insurance.
ALUCA accreditation or tertiary qualifications in business, insurance, or health sciences.
Completed tertiary qualification in Business (or similar).
