We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to be the face of our company, responsible for planning, managing, and executing various events.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans for internal stakeholders.
Execute projects successfully within timelines and budgets.
Schedule resources internally and externally as per event specifications.
Maintain quality control over external and internal resources.
Prepare project checklists and timelines to ensure smooth event execution.
Oversee budgeting with production managers.
Manage key accounts through target achievement and effective resource allocation.
Collaborate with creative teams for ideation and client-specific solutions.
Lead small to medium-sized events individually or direct teams.
Requirements:
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Proven project planning and execution expertise.
Ability to build high-performance teams.
Industry knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications:
Graduate or Master's degree in Event Management or MBA.
6+ years of experience in the event industry.
Deep understanding of event management principles and practices.
