Job Summary:
The Client Servicing Manager will play a key role in managing relationships with clients and ensuring the successful delivery of experiential marketing campaigns, brand activations, and other BTL activities. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless execution, strategic alignment, and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• New business development.
• Backend support for pre- and post-campaign execution.
• Collaborate with internal creative, design, and production teams to align concepts with client expectations.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance.
• Client upselling and retention.
• Client problem-solving and crisis management.
• Willingness to travel for site visits, events, and client meetings as required.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to client needs.
