Roles and Responsibilities
To lead Co-Lending business from existing and new partners
Role Responsible for Identification, on-boarding & managing of strategic
partnerships with NBFCs / Financial Institutions through Co-lending,
Business Correspondent route
Drive partnerships, AUM growth, revenue, manage portfolio performance
and own the complete P&L
Strategy formulation and designing programs /solutions keeping
organizations risk-balance framework
Work internally with Stakeholders (Risk, IT, Ops, Finance, Legal,
Compliance) for setting up the Operational Processes / SOP
Setup Partner governance mechanisms for periodic reviews, policy
changes, scope expansion
