Description
Key Responsibilities -
• Plan and manage the design, content, and production of proposals.
• Manage all social media handles of the organization and drive brand awareness through social media campaigns.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build partner loyalty, brand awareness, and potential partner/CSR satisfaction.
• Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related partnership materials.
• Create communication and marketing strategies for partnerships, events, and promotions.
• Plan and liaise with the marketing and public relations staff.
• Work with different departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
• Respond to all communications promptly and keep a record of all communications and evidence of meetings such as photos, PPTs and videos.
• Ensure social media coverage of important events, partnership announcements, promotions and others.
• Prepare detailed media activity reports.
• Develop communications materials and collaterals related to small and large-scale events, including branding, website, messaging talking points, PowerPoint slides, and print materials.
Requirements -
• Commitment towards the cause of education for the underprivileged.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Digital Media.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or business administration.
• Experience working in non-profit, fund-raising, or relevant fields.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles.
• Proven experience in creating targeted content is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Daily reporting and assuring full transparency in outputs and outcomes to supervising manager.
• Must be willing to travel outside the city for meetings and events per donor and project requirements.
Working Details and Remuneration -
• Salary will be competitive as per not-for-profit sector standards and will be offered after considering the candidate’s relevant work experience and skills.
• Monday to Saturday working week.
