Role & responsibilities
- Manage compensation benchmarking, salary surveys, and total rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement performance management processes to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
- Conduct regular data collection and analysis to inform compensation decisions, identify trends, and optimize benefits offerings.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop policies, procedures, and guidelines for compensation administration.
- Provide expert advice on best practices in compensation design, implementation, and communication to senior leadership.
Preferred candidate profile
- 7-14 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking, salary surveys, total rewards programs.
- Proficiency in generating reports from various sources (e.g., survey data) .
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to collect relevant data for decision-making purposes.
