Position: Manager – Content Development (Tutorials)
Role Overview:
Manager – Content Development (Video Tutorials) will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of content creation for diverse academic programs delivered in collaboration with our alliance partners. The role requires expertise in instructional design, online learning pedagogy, and video-based content production to ensure delivery of impactful, engaging, and industry-relevant learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete video content development lifecycle for multiple academic programs (online and joint degree offerings).
• Strategize and implement content development plans for both new and existing programs, ensuring best-in-class learning experiences in the online education space.
• Apply instructional design principles and collaborate on graphics, UI/UX optimization, and delivery of final course products.
• Plan, source, and execute diverse curriculum-aligned learning resources—such as interactive videos, gamified modules, simulated case studies, e-learning modules, virtual labs, role plays, and educational games—within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with academic experts, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely development and delivery of content.
• Develop engaging and impactful course content aimed at improving learner experience and retention.
Key Skills:
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Deep expertise in online content development across multiple formats, with a focus on measurable learning outcomes.
• Proven proficiency in studio-based video content production, covering pre-production, recording, and post-production workflows.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Postgraduate in Management or Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in e-learning / video content development, preferably in the education sector.
• Prior exposure to curriculum design, modular courseware, usage of various AI Tools.
