We are looking for a driven and creative Social Media Executive to help shape Newton
School’s digital presence across platforms. You will work closely with the content and design
teams to craft engaging narratives, execute campaigns and scale our social media footprint
across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and more.
Content Strategy and Planning
Develop content ideas and formats that align with brand goals, audience interests
Script Writing
videos.
● Social Media Calendars
Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and
YouTube.
● Keyword Research and SEO Inputs
Support YouTube optimisation and social discoverability through keyword and trend
Influencer Marketing
Plan and support video and photo shoots with the creative team, from pre-production
Founder Branding
Curate and craft content to build the online persona of Newton School’s founders,
particularly on LinkedIn and Twitter.
● YouTube Marketing
Upload and optimise videos with compelling titles, thumbnails and metadata to grow
2 to 4 years of experience in managing social media for a brand, startup or content-
Strong written communication skills with an understanding of short-form storytelling
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube best practices
• Ability to manage multiple content tracks with attention to detail and timelines
• Creativity, initiative and a clear understanding of what performs well on social media
• Bonus: Experience with influencer outreach or founder-led content is a plus
