Your Opportunity

As a Manager based in our Sydney office, you’ll join an energetic and collaborative team with deep expertise in navigating large‑scale commercial contracts. In this role, you’ll act as a problem‑solver and trusted advisor as you:

Collaborate with clients to solve complex challenges and deliver results that bring measurable value to their organisations.

Apply your consulting expertise to engage with C-Suite and contract owners, provide practical commercial advice, and execute assurance activities that unlock the full value of their contract arrangements.

Establish management frameworks and design tailored governance solutions to enhance how organisations manage their contracts.

Showcase your creativity and analytical skills by developing innovative automation tools to increase efficiency.

Actively contribute to business development, connecting with clients to build meaningful relationships and play an integral role in growing our practise.

Work alongside national and global KPMG subject matter experts, gaining exposure to diverse industries and technical expertise.

Inspire and mentor junior team members, guiding them to achieve professional and personal growth.

How you are Extraordinary

A strong background in audit and/or consulting, demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders, and a passion for solving client challenges.

Practical experience in contract management, procurement process support, or third-party assurance (experience in these areas is highly advantageous).

Curiosity and a genuine interest in large-scale, complex commercial arrangements, and the data and frameworks that make them work.

Tertiary qualification(s) – in-progress external qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CA are highly desirable and we provide support to acquire if you don’t yet have these.

Proven experience in leading and inspiring junior team members while thriving in collaborative environments.

A strong ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and confidently contribute to business development discussions and client opportunities.
