Job Role:
As a ACD, you’ll play a key role in planning, ideating, and shaping the communication strategies for our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage and mentor a team of copywriters while collaborating with cross-functional teams in design, paid media, social media, SEO, and account management. You'll be working in an environment where creativity meets performance, and where the impact of your words is measured in real time. This is an ideal role for experienced copywriters ready to step up to a supervisory role and drive digital marketing success through innovative, compelling copy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and interpret client briefs to plan and deliver effective copy solutions.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, aligning expectations with deliverables.
• Lead the development of creative ideas and original copy for a range of digital platforms including ads, landing pages, emailers, WhatsApp communication, video scripts, and website content.
• Collaborate closely with designers to ensure cohesive visual representation of copy ideas.
• Oversee the copy team's work on various industries.
• Supervise and mentor a team of copywriters, providing guidance and ensuring a high standard of creative output.
• Review content for quality, consistency, and adherence to brand voice.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging creativity and the sharing of ideas.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest content optimizations to improve results.
• Continuously refine communication strategies based on client feedback and performance data.
• Work closely with internal teams, including design, account management, and strategy, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all written content.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in copywriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns.
• Proven experience in creating and overseeing digital advertising campaigns.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, advertising, branding, and SEO.
• Exceptional English language proficiency with impeccable grammar.
• Strong conceptual thinking and an ability to convey ideas clearly and creatively.
• Attention to detail and an understanding of content's impact on campaign performance.
• Previous experience in managing or mentoring a team of writers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present creative concepts to clients.
• Highly creative with a flair for generating original ideas.
• Eager to innovate and push the boundaries of digital communication.
