Manager CPA - Operations
• Handle day-to-day escalations and close cases
• Managing manpower as per variable demand in products and skillset of Agents
• Plan shifts to cater to the volumes
• Audit sample files and share feedback with Supervisors and Agents
• Conduct regular training and refresher for CPA Agents and Supervisors
• Organize training and refresher for Sales team and prepare FTNR MIS reports for improvement
• Perform UAT on Test cases
• Suggest system enhancements for improving TAT and reducing manpower
