Job Purpose

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - "
• Will be responsible for sales trainings and set up of various processes. Will be responsible to drive change in processes to field and call center
• Understanding the system and metrics used for credit cards product and their regular tracking.
• Providing sales assistance by issue resolution call center monitoring incentive processing etc.
• Handle all customer service issues that are raised to product teams Management of biometric devices co-ordination with partner branch set up etc
• Interaction with partners on various credit card related developments meetings process setup etc.
• Regular updating to all stakeholders on new initiatives being developed and future plan
• Continuously creating new plans for new initiatives for business development
Required Qualifications And Experience
• Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Graduate / post-graduate MBA b) High process & sales orientation c) Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint d) Good interpersonal skills e) 1-2 years of field sales experience
