Job Purpose
"This position is open with Bajaj finance limited" Looking for someone who possesses a good understanding of data, execution of appropriate solutions (process modification, projects, model developments, Innovation etc.) to drive business efficiencies; Drive profitability through new models by creating leads across the entire Credit Card Businesses (RBL – Prime & Growth & DBS) through campaign team and efficient operations.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job.) Engage with IT COE and Business team to define the control system process of execution work flow of sales process etc. Cascade the monthly Lead targets based on the AOP target Monitor campaign performance for all Credit Cards businesses at a strategic level Budget management of Channel wise quota 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job.) Significant amount of coordination is required to balance expectations and manage conflict of interests while driving various projects Role holder needs to have a good understanding of Analytics Risk and business to deliver responsibilities successfully 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end.) Decisions made by job holder Following decisions are taken by the role: Process improvements 6. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job.) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Graduation in IT/Computer Science/Statistics/ Mathematics/BE or certifications in data science b) Work Experience Minimum 1+ years of experience Experience as to manage Data Science, Credit Cards Industry, Campaigns Prior experience in BFSI industry
