The Role Responsibilities Business Performance: Achieve the monthly business targets for within limit loan on card, outside limit loan on card and balance transfer products Stakeholder and Channel Management: Work withfollowing stakeholders to drive business goals Inbound teams Outbound teams Digital Banking Marketing Marketing Campaigns: Liaise with Marketing and Digital Banking teams to ensure regular marketing and promotion of portfolio products Digital Channel Management: Closely monitor business volumes through digital channels, and manage initiatives for betterment of customer experience & technical fixes, where required Service Management: Interface closely with the Service Quality unit and support units to ensure effective handling and resolution of customer issues pertaining to portfolio offerings. Ensure Proper Conduct, Nil Mis-selling, Sales Complaints, Sales Error & Potential Inappropriate Sales (PIS) on a consistent month on month basis Ensure that strict controls are in place to monitor sourcing for all products as per policy/program guidelines Our Ideal Candidate Substantial experience in the banking industry, including demonstrated success in a similar role in cards Must possess sharp business acumen (including ability to assess risk and appropriate levels of return), excellent interpersonal skills and multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
